In Bihar’s Motihari, after a quarrel with his wife, a young man climbed a high tension wire tower and staged a high voltage drama for about an hour. After a lot of effort, the police brought him down after convincing him. At the behest of the relatives, the police explained and sent them home. The case pertains to Bankat Chavar, a pakiya of Paharpur police station area.
According to the information, Rajan Mahato (25), a resident of Pakdia village, Ward 13 of Innerwabhar Panchayat of Motihari, got fed up of family discord and climbed the electric tower. Incidentally the light was cut at that time. The villagers climbing the tower saw it and informed the police. After this, the Paharpur police reached the spot and convinced the villagers with the help of the villagers to get the youth down. After that, at the behest of the family members, he was released after a medical examination.
Had a fight with his wife then climbed the tower
It is being told that Rajan always used to argue with his wife about one thing or the other. Similarly, again there was a dispute with his wife, due to which he got angry and climbed on the tower of high tension wire. It is a matter of honor that at that time the light was cut. Rajan was climbing and descending on the tower, sometimes on this pillar and sometimes on that pillar. He got down after a lot of persuasion by the police.
